How to make a 3D frame
I just did a really simple one to give you the idea, but you can get really creative with this!
-Open your file and open a frame. (you can make your own with a square marque tool.)
-Have the frame layer on top of the picture.
-Add a layer mask to the frame layer.
-double click on this layer and in Layer Style>blending options click "layer mask hides Effects"
-Adjust the opacity of your frame (25-50%) for the next step so you can see what parts need to be erased.
-Then paint with black the parts you want to be coming out of the frame. (make sure you are painting on the mask not the frame)
That's pretty much it. You can do a lot with this idea so have fun with it!
(if you try it add the pic to this post!)
