HELP!

Ok, let me first apologize for my second post in a row! But I have a few photos I took that have some really cool sun rays in them, BUT they also have sun rays shining right over my subjects and has sort of taken over the picture. They seem pretty hazy and the rays are just ridiculous. Does anybody know if it is possible to remove any of those rays...at least from their faces? I tried Googling the topic but was unable to find anything, which makes me wonder if it's a possibility. Ugh!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
